Orchard Homes Customer bespoke new build project. Completed 2021.

The above unique and bespoke new build home replaced the customers aged cottage and brought them the opportunity to explore and commission a wide range of the very latest technology to future proof their home and equip it with some of the best energy efficient tech and materials available. The cottage was demolished (click Rex Bishop to view) to enable us to build the gorgeous new home.

Orchard Homes new build development plot 2. 4 bed new home – Everlands, Dursley. Sold January 2023.

These two spacious 4 bed new homes at Everlands were built on land which was part of a very large garden. The buyers of both plot 1 and plot 2 above, exchanged on their purchase at an early stage of the build enabling them to have a range of choices to help their new house feel like home. For example; moderate kitchen design and appliances changes, type and colour of flooring and tiling, light fittings, paint colours, and some external features.
