Orchard Homes (Glos) Ltd builds new homes in Gloucestershire. We build self-build new homes with our self-builder customers, as well as custom builds and bespoke design and build projects. In addition we build our own new homes for sale.
We are a small independent family run property development company and house builder working with experienced and skilled architects, structural engineers, surveyors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
We are proud to build thoughtfully designed, high quality, energy efficient new homes, which take into account the needs of individuals and families with a wide range of lifestyles.
Our new homes are planned and constructed with high energy efficiency and future sustainability in mind. We prefer to use only high performance materials to help keep energy bills low as well as installing solar PV panels and EV charging. In addition, we explore emerging new or improved technology which could further help achieve great energy efficiency. We aim to achieve an EPC rating of A for every new home.

TrustMark is the only Government Endorsed Quality scheme for trades. Membership demonstrates commitment to working to the highest standards and recognises quality trading practices and customer services.
We are members of the Consumer Code for new Homes. The Code covers the New Home buying process to ensure that the selling activities we engage in are of a consistently high standard.
